Cunene River to Walvis Bay: wind : S to se 10 to 20. Vis : good, becoming poor in fog patches in places. Sea state: 2.0m in the south overnight, SW swell.

Walvis Bay to Orange River: wind : S to SW 10 to 20 at first, otherwise se 15 to 25. Vis : good, becoming poor in fog patches in places.

Orange River to cape agulhas: wind : N to NW 10 north of cape Columbine, otherwise S to se 15 to 20 reaching 25 between cape Columbine and hermanus this afternoon moderate overnight. Vis : good, but very poor in fog north of cape Columbine. Sea state: 2.0 to 2.5m, reaching 3.0m around Cape Point, mainly SW swell but se east of Cape Point.

Cape Agulhas to east london: wind : E to NE 10 to 20, but 25 to 30 between Plettenberg Bay and east London. Vis : good, but moderate in light rain east of Cape St. Francis. Sea state: 2.5 to 3.5m, with E swell.

East London to Maputo: wind : E to se 15 to 25, becoming NE 15 to 25 south of Margate in the afternoon, spreading to durban towards the end of the period. Vis : moderate to poor in showers and rain. Sea state: 2.0 to 3.0m, with S to se swell.

Mozambique channel: wind : N to NE 10 to 15 but S to se 15 to 25 in the extreme south. Vis : good, but moderate in showers and thundershowers in the south.
