1. Cold front: 33s15e 35s20e 40s37e into 43s34e.

Area forecast ============== cape east (32.5s/40s, 20e/50e) wind : N to NW 20 to 30 in the North East, otherwise W to SW 15 to 25, spreading east while reaching 30 in the extreme South West. Vis : good, but moderate in frontal showers and rain in the extreme South West, spreading North East. Sea state: 3.0 to 4.0m SW swell, reaching 4.5 to 5.5m in the South West.

Durban east: wind : E to NE 15 to 25 in the north, otherwise N to NW 15 to 20, but se 10 to 15 in the extreme South West. Vis : good, becoming moderate in showers in the extreme South West towards the end of period.

Mozambique channel: wind : E to NE 10 to 20 in the extreme south and South West, otherwise S to se 10 to 15. Vis : good.

Madagascar east: wind : E to NE 10 to 15 in the extreme South West, otherwise S to se 15 to 25, reaching 30 in the extreme North East. Vis : good, but moderate in isolated showers in the North. Sea state: 3.0m E swell in places in the North.

Marion forties east (40s/50s, 35e/50e): wind : SW 15 to 25, but W to NW 20 to 30 in the extreme South West, spreading North East while reaching 35 to 40 from the afternoon. Vis : moderate in showers and rain. Sea state: 4.0 to 5.0m SW swell, reaching 5.5 to 6.5m in the extreme South West from the afternoon. Area 2: ========

Part 2: general synopsys, 19/08/25 at 1200 UTC : - high 1029 hpa near 33s/58e extending by a ridge toward SSE, moving eastward. - Cold Froid axis 40s/27e, 42s/38e, 45s/44e, with low 983 hpa ,moving slowly eastward.

Part 3: forecast for 24 hours from 25/08/19 at 1800 UTC to 26/08/19 at 1800 UTC :

Wam (30s/40s,50e/65e) :frontal rain and showers over southern in the daytime. Wind: anticlockwise 3/5 increasing NW 5/7 locally 8 in south ahead the front backing SW 5/7 behind. Sea : rough to very rough, moderate to rough in north at end. Moderate SW swell reaching 4m in south. Visi: poor in precipitations.

Ams (30s/40s,65e/80e) :frontal rain and showers over south-western at end. Wind: S 3 to 5 reaching 6 over eastern area, then, in daytime, NW 5/7 locally 8 in South-West. Sea : very rough to rough. Moderate to heavy SW swell. Visi: poor in precipitations.

Cro (40s/50s,50e/65e) :frontal showers, rain and snow. Wind: NW 6/8, locally 9, ahead the front, backing SW 5/7 behind. Severe gusts. Sea : rough to very rough locally high over southern area tonight. Moderate to heavy W to SW swell. Severe sea wind ahead the front. Visi: poor in precipitations.

Ker (40s/50s,65e/80e) :frontal showers, rain and snow over western in the afternoon. Wind: anticlockwise 3/5, increasing rapidly NW 6/8, locally 9, ahead the front from the west, and backing SW 6/7 locally 8 behind. Severe gusts. Sea : rough to very rough becoming high in the front. Moderate to heavy westerly swell. Visi: poor in precipitations.
