1. Cold front: 37s18e 40s21e 45s30 into 48s29e.

Area forecast ============== Ascension (06s/15s, 00e/20w) wind : S to se 10 to 20, reaching 25 in the South-West by the second half of the period. Vis : good.

Angola (06s/15s, 00e/West Coast wind : S to se 10 to 20 but SW 05 to 15 in the extreme east and south-east. Vis : good, but poor in fog in the extreme east and south-east.

St Helena (15s/30s, 00e/20w) wind : anticyclonic 05 to 10 in the central parts at first, otherwise, S to se 10 to 20. Vis : good.

Trades (15s/30s, 00e/west coast) wind : variable 05 in the extreme South-West, otherwise S to se 10 to 20. Vis : good.

Tristan (30s/40s, 00e/20w) wind : W to NW 15 to 25 becoming se 10 to 20 in the north Saturday evening, spreading to the south western parts by the end of the period. Vis : good but moderate in rain and showers in the extreme North-East and south-east at first. Sea state: 3.0 to 4.0, SW swell.

Cape west (30s/40s, 00e/20e) wind : NW to W 15 to 25, but SW 15 to 25 in the South West reaching 30, spreading to the east by the end of the period. It will become se 10 to 15 in the north on Sunday morning. Vis : moderate to poor in showers and rain in the west, spreading eastwards. Sea state: 3.0 to 4.0m, reaching 5.0 in the south, SW swell.

Gough forties (40s/50s, 00e/20w) wind : W to SW 20 to 30, reaching 35 in the south-east Sunday morning. Vis : moderate to poor in showers and rain. Sea state: 3.0 to 4.0m, SW swell.

Meteor forties (40s/50s, 00e/20e) wind : NW 10 to 20 in the east, otherwise SW 20 to 30. Vis : moderate to poor in showers and rain. Sea state: 3.0 to 4.0m, reaching 4.5 to 6.0m in the south with W to NW swell.
