West winds 20 to 25 knots with gusts to around 30 knots decreasing to 5 to 10 knots. Scattered snow showers. Waves 8 to 12 feet subsiding to 3 to 5 feet late in the afternoon. Waves occasionally around 15 feet.
Tuesday Night
Southwest winds 15 to 20 knots. Gusts to 30 knots in the late evening and early morning. A chance of snow showers. Waves 4 to 6 feet. Waves occasionally around 8 feet.
Wednesday
West winds 20 to 25 knots increasing to 30 knots early in the afternoon. Gusts to 35 knot gales. Freezing spray. A chance of snow showers. Waves 6 to 9 feet. Waves occasionally around 12 feet.

South winds 15 to 20 knots decreasing to 10 to 15 knots in the late evening and early morning. A chance of rain in the late evening and early morning. Waves 4 to 6 feet. Waves occasionally around 8 feet.
Saturday
South winds 10 to 15 knots decreasing to 5 to 10 knots early in the evening...then veering to the west in the late evening and early morning. A chance of rain. A chance of snow in the late evening and early morning. Waves 3 to 5 feet subsiding to 1 to 3 feet until early morning.

* Where... Lake Huron from 5nm east of Mackinac Bridge to Presque
Isle lt beyond 5 nm off shore and Lake Huron from Presque Isle
light to Sturgeon Point mi beyond 5nm off shore.

* When... the maximum winds are expected around 1 PM EST
Wednesday with the largest waves expected around 4 PM EST
Wednesday.

* Impacts... strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
Remain in port, seek safe Harbor, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for severe conditions.
