... Winter Weather Advisory now in effect until 3 am CST Friday...
... Winter Storm Watch remains in effect from Saturday morning
through late Saturday night...

* what... mixed precipitation through late tonight. Additional
snow accumulations 1 to 2 inches north, and ice accumulations
less than one tenth of an inch are expected. Heavy snow and
blowing snow possible Saturday and Saturday night, preceded by
light freezing rain. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 7 inches
and ice accumulations of a light glaze are possible. Locally
higher snow amounts possible NW.

* Where... portions of west central and northern Iowa

* when... the Winter Weather Advisory will continue until 3 am CST
tonight. The Winter Storm Watch will be in effect from Saturday
morning through late Saturday night.

* Additional details... the snow and ice this evening may result in
difficult travel conditions. Plan on difficult travel
conditions with reductions in visibility possible. Travel may
also be severely impacted over northwest Iowa Saturday and
Saturday night.
