before additional snow redevelops tonight. Periods of snow
through Sunday morning. Snow may be heavy at times.
* Snow accumulation... 8 to 12 inches with locally higher amounts.
* Wind... north at 25 to 40 mph, gusting to 55 mph Sunday.
* Main impact... significant impacts likely! Expect tree limb
damage due to loading on trees from heavy, wet snow and strong
gusty winds. Power interruptions possible. Snow covered roads
with visibility reduced to 1/2 mile or less at times.
A Winter Storm Warning for heavy snow means severe winter weather
conditions are expected or occurring. Significant amounts of
snow are forecast that will make travel dangerous. Only travel in
an emergency. If you must travel... keep an extra flashlight...
