The Flood Warning continues for
the Ohio River at Cairo
* until Tuesday April 02.
* At 7:00 PM Sunday the stage was 48.7 feet.
* Flood stage is 40.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast... the river will continue to fall to below flood stage by
Tuesday afternoon... the 2nd of April.
* Impact... at 50.0 feet... the first gate is closed at Cairo.

southern Marshall County in western Kentucky...
northeastern Hickman County in western Kentucky...
southeastern Carlisle County in western Kentucky...
central Graves County in western Kentucky...

* until 400 am CDT.

* At 1258 am CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
Radar estimates that 1 to 2 inches of rain has fallen in the
advisory area. Additional locally heavy rain from thunderstorms
will continue through 200 am.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Murray, Mayfield, Sedalia, Wingo, Hardin, Aurora, New Concord,
Fancy Farm, Kirksey, Harris Grove and brewers.
