* Additional details... plan on difficult travel conditions. Be
prepared for reduced visibilities at times.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow and blowing snow means periods
of snow and blowing snow will cause primarily travel
difficulties. Be prepared for snow covered roads and limited
visibilities, and use caution while driving. The latest Road
conditions for Minnesota can be found at 511mn.Org and for
Wisconsin at 511wi.Gov, or by calling 5 1 1 in either state.





Dense Fog Advisory

... Dense fog advisory in effect until 7 am CST Saturday...

The National Weather Service in Twin Cities/Chanhassen has issued
a dense fog advisory, which is in effect until 7 am CST Saturday.

* Visibility... visibilities across south central Minnesota into
west central Wisconsin will continue to drop overnight, with
widespread visibilities of a quarter mile or less expected by
the morning.

* Impacts... limited visibilities will make travel difficult.

* Additional impacts... with temperatures below freezing, slick
spots will be possible, especially on bridges and untreated
pavement.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving... slow down...
use your headlights... and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.

Areas of freezing fog will reduce visibilities overnight across
much of central Minnesota and west central Wisconsin, and
possibly create slick spots on bridges and untreated paved
surfaces. Motorists are encouraged to exercise caution.
