Watches & Warnings

Dense Fog Advisory
Issued: 2:57 AM CDT Jun. 20, 2019 – National Weather Service

... Dense fog advisory in effect until 8 am CDT this morning...

The National Weather Service in Kansas City/Pleasant Hill has
issued a dense fog advisory, which is in effect until 8 am CDT
this morning.

* Visibility... areas of a half mile or less through 8 am this
morning.

* Impacts... poor visibility will result in hazardous driving
conditions. Be alert for rapid drops in visibilities when
driving this morning.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving, slow down, use
your headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
