... Wind Advisory remains in effect until midnight EST Monday
night...

* winds... northwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.

* Timing... tonight, through Monday and into Monday evening.

* Impacts... strong winds may blow down limbs, trees, and power
lines. Scattered power outages are expected.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Wind Advisory is issued when sustained winds of 31 to 39 mph,
or gusts of 46 to 57 mph, are expected or occurring. Winds this
strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile
vehicles, in open areas, and on elevated roads and bridges. Use
extra caution.

Falling temperatures tonight through the teens and into the
single digits in spots along with blustery northwest winds will
result in dangerously cold wind chills tonight into Monday
morning. Wind chill readings as low as -14 degrees are expected.

A combination of very cold temperatures and plenty of residual
moisture and leftover standing water on area roads will freeze, or
remain frozen. This will lead to areas of black ice. Anyone out
driving or walking should be prepared for slippery roads and
walkways, and use extra caution.
