of northwest Oregon and central Coast Range of western Oregon.
* When... from 6 PM this evening to 5 PM PDT Friday.
* Additional details... expect reduced visibilities at times. Due
to warm Road surfaces, it will take some time for snow to
accumulate across the Coast Range passes, but once it does,
roads will become slippery.

cause primarily travel difficulties. Expect snow covered roads
and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving. The
