* what... dangerously cold wind chills expected. Freezing rain
occurring at times. The ice will result in difficult travel
conditions, including during the evening commute. Expect wind
chills to range from 10 to 15 degrees through the afternoon and
them improving to 15 to 20 degrees tonight. Additional ice
accumulations of less than one tenth of an inch are expected.

* Where... Bee and Goliad.

* When... for the wind chill warning, until 6 PM CST this
evening. For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 6 PM CST this
evening. For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 6 PM this evening
to 10 am CST Wednesday.

* Additional details... the dangerously cold wind chills may cause
frostbite to exposed skin.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A wind chill warning means the combination of very cold air and
the wind will create dangerously low wind chill values. Frost
bite can occur quickly and even hypothermia or death if
precautions are not taken.

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of freezing rain
will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for slippery roads.
Slow down and use caution while driving. The latest Road
conditions for the state you are calling from can be obtained by
calling 5 1 1.

A Wind Chill Advisory means that cold air and the wind will
combine to create low wind chills. Frost bite and hypothermia can
occur if precautions are not taken. Make sure you wear a hat and
gloves.

... Freeze warning remains in effect from 9 am this morning to
10 am CST Wednesday...

* timing... now through mid morning Wednesday.

* Winds... north winds between 25 and 35 mph with gusts between
40 to 50 mph

* temperature... mid 20s to lower 30s

* impacts... temperatures at or below freezing can kill sensitive
vegetation. Portable plants may need to be brought indoors to
a warmer location, or consider covering sensitive vegetation
as needed. Small animals should be adequately cared for, or
brought indoors if needed.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A freeze warning means sub-freezing temperatures are imminent or
highly likely. These conditions will kill crops and other
sensitive vegetation.

A Wind Advisory means that sustained winds of 30 mph or greater...
or wind gusts around 40 mph or greater are expected. Winds this
strong can make driving difficult... especially for high profile
vehicles. Use extra caution.
