* Winds... southwest gusts up to 55 mph, shifting to the
northwest during the late afternoon and evening.
* Timing... developing Monday morning, peaking during the
afternoon through early overnight, before diminishing Tuesday
* Impacts... strong winds may cause travel difficulties,
including along Interstate 70, especially for high profile
vehicles and those towing trailers. Wind sensitive operations
may be affected.
A Wind Advisory means that sustained wind speeds of at least
31 mph or gusts of 45 mph are expected. Motorists in the advisory
area should be prepared for sudden gusty cross winds which can
make driving difficult.
