especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
Localized power outages are also possible due to downed trees
and tree limbs.

* Locations... Moscow, Plummer, Potlatch, Genesee, Coeur D'Alene,
Post Falls, Hayden, Worley, Pullman, Colfax, Rosalia, La
Crosse, Oakesdale, Tekoa, Uniontown, Pomeroy, Ritzville, Grand
Coulee, Odessa, Wilbur, Coulee City, Spokane, Cheney,
Davenport, and Rockford.
