frigid Arctic air combined with westerly winds of 15 to 20 km/h will
continue to produce extreme wind chill values of minus 40 to minus 45
this morning. Although these extreme wind chill values will moderate
during the day extreme values of -40 to -45 are likely to redevelop
again tonight and continue into Tuesday morning. Milder temperatures
are expected to return to southern Manitoba starting mid week as this
Arctic airmass slides off to the east.
At these extreme wind chill values frostbite on exposed skin may
occur in less than 10 minutes.

Have a great day Tony and do try to keep warm. IT will be hellish without the furnace while they put in a new one. Good luck. Keep lots of hot coffee handy.
Whew, that wind chill sounds killer.
We had a front coming in this morning. Can always tell when the weather shifts because Roxy starts bouncing off the walls.
