Today will be sunny on the prairie with a north wind at 30 km/h (19 mph) gusting to 50 km/h (31 mph) then becoming light this afternoon. A high of -14C(6F)is expected. The wind chill will be near -31 this morning.
Tonight will see cloudy periods and an overnight low of -19C(-2F).

Good morning Tony. Well winter has finally arrived to Chatham-Kent..its snowing out and we have about 2 inches since last night. There is a bit of a wind with it so its not a nice day to be out and about. Darn near froze my fingers when I took the trash to the road. Will have to go out and retrieve the can once the guys come by. Temps are hovering around 28F at the moment and today's high is suppose to be around 32F. With this wind, it does not matter, its freaking cold out....LOL Have a great day dear one. I am going to snuggle with the cat today and try to keep warm... Hi, hope you have sock warmers for that weather. We might get some snow again! There is still a little left on the north side yards of houses here from the Christmas snow.
