On the ml-d = 2.28     (actual % amount = 1.90) 
On the ml-d = 1.5276  (actual % amount = 1.32)
On the ml-d = 0.7752  (actual % amount = 0.67)

The numbers above means IF THE ml-d IS NOT
PULSED a TS (in this case)  interacting with the
ml-ds AOI should be influence at +0.67
more as to the weather output  the ml-d is set to
raise. In the present setting its precipitation,
vertical winds & lightning.

Ml-d can be set to influence with a negative curve,
That damages the human mind and will never
do that again, last done in the 1990s.

IF THE ml-d is PULSED, then for ~3 days
(can be 1 thru 6 days search my blog for why)
after the changed settings or moved ml-d its AOI
flips so the furthest AOI is the HIGHEST
and the inner most AOI is the least influence.

Now the influence becomes greater the more of
the rotating area of weather enters the ml-d AOI
or if the rotation of the storm speeds up.


Here three scenarios as to TS.

Scenario I:

A TS/Hurr enters the ml-d AOI at the present settings.
THE NATURAL TREND is for the TS to be more
of a rain maker and head towards Texas. But, once
the TS goes within the ml-d AOI AT ITS PRESENT
SETTINGS the TS will stall or "dance the tango"
(taken from a WXU member 2012) with the north
gulf coast.Lots of precip, lightning & stronger than
expected gust well inland.

Scenario II:

A TS/Hurr enters the ml-d AOI at present settings.
THE NATURAL TREND (if no ml-d existed) is for
the TS to stall in the middle of the gulf till a front
sweeps & weakens it as the TS is "gobbled" up
by the front.  But once the TS goes within the
ml-d's AOI WATCH OUT. As the ml-d will
"push-pull" the TS/HURR slowly towards the ENE
 or NNE. Since the TS is now free to take the
 incoming (inflow) energy towards building up
 parts of the TS instead of using the energy in its
 forward motion it will not weaken as it could
 have, plus even become stronger.

Scenario III:
 
 TS goes under/south of the ml-d AOI and the
 NATURAL TREND is for steering winds to take
 the TS/HURR towards Mexico,FIN.
 
 There are MANY combinations as its the natural
 trend  that changes the final outcome even if i
 never changed the ml-d from its present settings

NEEDED INFO for my comment below, an "ml-d" is a device i set and state it influences
weather trends, at present the permanent ml-d (as opposed to a portable version)
is at (zip 10016).


i state the ml-d influences weather for a 45 degree area in an oblate shape
(That 45 degree oblate area is centered at zip 10016)
Hope someone someday notices how i post warnings of such destruction after i
adjusted this device, and blogged at wxu a few...
