* urban and small stream flood advisory for...
Litchfield County in northern Connecticut...

* until 330 PM EDT.

* At 135 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in
the advisory area. One to two inches of rain have fallen and up to
another inch is possible through 2 PM.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Torrington, Thomaston, New Hartford, Litchfield, northwest
Harwinton, Oakville, Terryville, New Hartford center, Woodbury
center, New Preston, Cornwall Bridge, Winsted, Watertown, Plymouth,
