the Big Black River near Bovina
* until Wednesday afternoon.
* At 8:15 PM Saturday the stage was 32.7 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 28.0 feet.
* Forecast... the river will continue falling.
* Impact... at 32.5 feet... water covers warrior's trail Road.

central Hinds and Madison counties until 600 am CDT...

At 513 am CDT, meteorologists were tracking strong thunderstorms
along a line extending from near Myrleville to Jackson to near Terry.
Movement was east at 35 mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with these storms.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
Ridgeland around 520 am CDT.
Pearl, Madison and Flowood around 525 am CDT.
Canton and Florence around 530 am CDT.
Brandon and Monterey around 535 am CDT.
Star, Fannin, way and Piney Woods around 540 am CDT.
Sharon and Goshen Springs around 545 am CDT.
Pisgah around 550 am CDT.
Pelahatchie, Cato and Camden around 555 am CDT.

Other locations impacted by these storms include Puckett and
Bentonia.

High winds can bring down trees and large limbs resulting in serious
injury or property damage. Exercise extreme caution when outdoors
