West to southwest winds of 15 to 25 mph with gusts of 30 to
40 mph will continue into early afternoon, then gradually diminish
by mid to late afternoon.

The strong winds will cause difficult travel for high profile
vehicles. The strong winds may cause minor damage to trees
which may result in sporadic power outages across the area.
