... Flood Watch remains in effect through this evening...

The Flood Watch continues for

* portions of central Nebraska, east central Nebraska, and south
central Nebraska, including the following areas, in central
Nebraska, Howard, Merrick, and Sherman. In east central
Nebraska, Polk and York. In south central Nebraska, Adams,
Buffalo, Clay, Dawson, Fillmore, Franklin, Furnas, Gosper,
Hall, Hamilton, Harlan, Kearney, Nuckolls, Phelps, Thayer, and
Webster.

* What... periods of heavy rain. Additional rainfall amounts of 1
to 2 inches is expected through this evening, with locally
higher amounts possible. Localized flooding may occur.

* When... through midnight tonight.

* Where... portions of central and south central Nebraska.

* Impacts... heavy rainfall may result in the flooding of urban and
low lying areas, creeks and some rivers.
