... Freeze watch in effect from late Monday night through Tuesday
morning for the Sulphur Springs Valley of Cochise and gramam
counties along with areas across northeast Santa Cruz County...

The National Weather Service in Tucson has issued a freeze watch,
which is in effect from late Monday night through Tuesday
morning.

* Impacts... these temperatures can kill and damage sensitive and
unprotected plants and damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.

* Temperatures... morning low temperatures between 30 and 32
degrees with very localized and sheltered spots possibly down as
low as 28 degrees.

* Timing... freezing temperatures between 3 am and 7 am with the
coldest temperatures occurring between 430 am and 6 am.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A freeze watch means sub-freezing temperatures are possible.
These conditions could kill crops and other sensitive vegetation.
