evening...

* winds... west winds gusting 50 to 60 mph.

* Timing... potentially damaging winds can be expected across parts
of the eastern Mojave Desert of San Bernardino County and the
morongo basin through this evening before gradually decreasing.

* Impacts... high winds can make driving dangerous... rapidly reduce
visibility in dust prone areas and lead to property damage.
Loose objects may be blown away.
