... Winter Weather Advisory in effect from noon today to noon CST
Monday...

* what... snow this afternoon is expected to change over to
freezing rain by this evening. Total snow accumulations of up to
two inches are expected mainly along Interstate 64. Ice
accumulations of up to two tenths of an inch are expected
tonight through Monday morning.

* Where... portions of southeast Missouri and southern Illinois,
generally along and north of a line from Van Buren Missouri to
Anna and Mt. Carmel Illinois.

* When... from noon today to noon CST Monday.

* Impacts... plan on slippery Road conditions, especially on
bridges and overpasses. The hazardous conditions could impact
the Monday morning commute.

* Additional details... with temperatures forecast to be right near
the freezing mark, much of the snow and ice accumulation may
occur on elevated surfaces and objects. Travel difficulties may
be limited to bridges and overpasses, but if the snow comes down
hard enough, travel problems could become more widespread.
