At 707 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Highland Lake to near Lake Mohawk to near
Hackettstown, moving east at 40 mph.

Hazard... 60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

Source... radar indicated.

Impact... minor damage to vehicles is possible. Wind damage to roofs,
         siding, trees, and power lines is possible.

Locations impacted include...
Morristown, Newton, Dover, Madison, Hopatcong, Florham Park, East
Hanover, Lincoln Park, Kinnelon, Hackettstown, Chatham, Boonton,
Butler, Wharton, Rockaway, Blairstown, Morris Plains, Mount

* At 526 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms across eastern Pennsylvania and western New Jersey.
Automatic rain gages in the are have reported up to one inch of
rain in less than one hour, and additional rain is moving in from
the west. Low lying areas may flood where the heaviest rain
happens to fall. Poor drainage and roadway flooding can also be
expected.

along a line extending from Montague to Columbia to Neffs. Movement
was east at 40 mph.

Wind gusts up to 45 mph and half inch hail are possible with this
line of storms.

Locations impacted include...
Allentown, Easton, Morristown, Port Jervis, Newton, Lehighton,
Montague, Bethlehem, Dover, Hopatcong, Forks, Kinnelon, Northampton,
East Stroudsburg, Hackettstown, Boonton, Wilson, Butler, Wharton and
Washington.

This includes the following highways...
Interstate 287 in New Jersey between mile markers 30 and 52.
Interstate 78 in New Jersey between mile markers 0 and 28.
