southeastern Jefferson County in southern Oklahoma...
northwestern Love County in southern Oklahoma...
southwestern Carter County in southern Oklahoma...

* until 930 PM CDT.

* At 623 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Over three inches of rain have
already fallen. Flash flooding is occurring or is imminent.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Leon, Rubottom, Grady, Oscar, Courtney and Petersburg.

Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the
warned area.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

A Flash Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring.
If you are in the warned area move to higher ground immediately.
Residents living along streams and creeks should take immediate
precautions to protect life and property.

* flood advisory for...
southern Johnston County in southeastern Oklahoma...
northwestern Bryan County in southeastern Oklahoma...
northeastern Love County in southern Oklahoma...
southern Carter County in southern Oklahoma...
Marshall County in southeastern Oklahoma...

* until 900 PM CDT.

* At 603 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in
the advisory area. Some locations near Durant have received over 5
inches of rainfall.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Ardmore, Durant, Madill, Tishomingo, Lone Grove, Healdton, Wilson,
Kingston, Dickson, Colbert, Mannsville, Ravia, silo, Kenefic, Mead,
Armstrong, Cartwright, Overbrook, Woodville and Lake Murray.

Additional rainfall of 1 to 2 inches is expected over the area. This
additional rain could result in flash flooding. Minor flooding is
already occuring.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as

thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
Up to three inches of rain have already fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Marietta, Ryan, Terral, Leon, Grady, Rubottom, Burneyville, Oscar,
Cornish, Courtney and Petersburg.

Additional rainfall of up to one inch is expected over the area.
This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
