Patchy rain will mix with and change to snow from west to
east across portions of the Susquehanna valley late this
evening and overnight. While most areas will see little if
any accumulations, few spots may see upwards of an inch of
snow before the precipitation tapers off late tonight. As
temperatures fall and winds pick up, icy spots could form
on untreated surfaces. Most of the snow will be east of a
Mansfield, Picture Rocks, Sunbury, Chambersburg, Waynesboro
line. Persons traveling overnight should be alert for a
wide range of conditions, especially across the hill tops.
