Total snow accumulations of 8 to 12 inches and ice
accumulations of a light glaze.

* Where... northern Warren, northern Herkimer and Hamilton
counties.

* When... through noon EST Tuesday.

* Impacts... travel will be hazardous due to snow covered roads.

* Additional details... snowfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour
