I watched this fellow trying to land on some flower stems, but it was so windy, he couldn't catch hold. It took refuge on the top line of a cattle panel.

Oh, sorry, never occurred to me to explain
that. Cattle panels are wire panels that
may be purchased in varying lengths and a
few different heights.

Ours are 16 feet long by about 52 inches high.
They are nine wires high and each "square" is
about 6 inches. I think they are also known as
stock panels.
