Not really but the colors faded into each other so softly it looked airbrushed. Anybody know what the two bright stars/planets are?

Beautiful shot! The planets visible in the west are Mercury, Mars and Saturn, not sure which are which in this photo!

Constantly changing, but as of July 2. If the view is east in the morning, that's Capella, faint, to the left, then Jupiter above Venus, with Aldebaran below and the Seven Sisters (Pleiades), above. If it's west in the evening, it's Saturn on top with Spica below and Mars would be to the right of them. If it's west in the evening Mercury would be well north of Saturn, about 40 degrees or so and setting just behind the sun. Stellarium is a good astronomy program. Free and has updates available for the star charts. Just google it. Looks like an early morning shot because of the location of the light from the Sun.

Thanks Rocky! It was about 4:15 in the morning and the sky was just starting to lighten. Looking east/northeast from my front deck.
