Southeast wind up to 30 knots with gusts to around 40 knots. Slight chance of snow. Waves 5 to 8 feet.
Saturday
East wind up to 30 knots with gusts to around 40 knots. Snow. Waves 6 to 9 feet.
Saturday Night
North wind 10 to 15 knots with gusts to around 20 knots. Snow. Waves 3 to 5 feet. See the Open Lakes forecast for days 3 through 5.

east of Mackinac Bridge to Presque Isle light mi including
Bois Blanc Island, Presque Isle light to Sturgeon pt mi
including Thunder Bay National Marine Sanctuary and Sturgeon
pt to Alabaster mi. In Lake Superior, Whitefish Bay (u. S.
Portion)/Whitefish Point to Point Iroquois mi.

* When... from late tonight through Saturday afternoon.

* Impacts... strong winds can cause hazardous highest waves which
could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Mariners should consider altering plans to avoid possible
hazardous conditions. Remain in port, seek safe Harbor, alter
course, and/or secure the vessel for severe wind and highest
waves.
