afternoon and night. Waves 4 to 7 feet occasionally to 9 feet
tonight, then building to 10 to 15 feet occasionally to 20 feet
later Saturday afternoon and night.

* Where... southern two thirds of the open waters of Lake
Michigan.

* When... from 8 PM Friday to 6 am CST Sunday.

* Impacts... strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
Remain in port, seek safe Harbor, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for severe conditions.
