North wind 20 to 25 knots with gusts up to 33 knots. Cloudy. Areas of drizzle, a chance of snow showers and a slight chance of freezing drizzle through early afternoon, then a slight chance of drizzle by mid afternoon. Waves subsiding to 5 to 8 feet occasionally to 10 feet.
